In our work together, we slow down and listen to what your story is asking for. We make room for what’s been silenced, honor the parts that have been dismissed, and gently reconnect you with what’s been waiting underneath. Your strength. Your voice. Your truth.

My approach is rooted in presence and humanity. I don’t come to “fix” you, and I don’t believe in cold, clinical distance. I show up as a person first; open-hearted, grounded, and curious. Together, we explore the tender places with compassion and respect, so that healing feels less like work and more like returning to yourself.

This is a space where you can show up as you are; messy, uncertain, brave, real. My hope is that each session feels like a small exhale, a soft remembering that you are already whole.

Our Services

My counseling services warmly welcome you to a safe and caring space, where you can openly share your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I’m here to walk alongside you through life's ups and downs, offering heartfelt support and understanding. Together, I’ll help you discover peace, clarity, and the confidence to grow into your best self.

      • $120 for a 50-minute session

      • $215 for a 90-minute session

      • $60 for a 30-minute session

      Limited sliding scale slots available (subject to availability).

  • For your peace of mind and personalized care, I provide services exclusively through private pay. This approach lets me dedicate my full attention to your unique needs, ensuring the warmth and care you truly deserve.

    At this time, I do not accept insurance. All services must be paid for directly by the client or responsible party at the time of service.
